1. Who we are

Cavoryn ("Cavoryn," "we," "us," "our") operates the website located at cavorynmarketplace.com (the "Platform"), a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of horses in the United States. Cavoryn is operated by Cavoryn LLC, incorporated in the State of Delaware, located at 123 Equestrian Way, Lexington, KY 40507.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, browsing listings, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws of your state to create an account or list a horse for sale. Business entities may use the Platform through an authorized representative.

4. Accounts

Accuracy & confidentiality

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

One account per person

One account per person or business entity, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or misuse of the Platform.

5. Subscription plans and billing

No sales commission

Cavoryn operates on a subscription-only model. We do not charge a commission on the sale price of any horse.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.

Add-ons mid-cycle

Each paid add-on is a separate monthly subscription with the price shown in Stripe Checkout.

Downgrades

Base-plan cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Cancelling an add-on ends its access immediately. Contact support about billing disputes or refunds.

6. Payments and third-party processors

All card payments are handled directly by Stripe, Inc. through Stripe Elements / Stripe Checkout. Cavoryn is not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling on Stripe's systems, except as required by applicable law.
